Alex Williams’ love of San Francisco, respect for the real estate industry, and deep sense of his fiduciary responsibility to buyers and sellers make it immediately apparent to his clients that they’re in good hands, no matter how great or complex their real estate goals.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Alex didn’t hesitate to move back here after earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on entrepreneurship and small business management from Chico State. He had previously worked in the direct sales industry and as a manager at a small food brokerage, but he grew disillusioned with the impersonal nature of the business and found himself wanting more connection with his clients. Alex’s emphasis on building lasting relationships made real estate a natural fit. It also presented him with the salesmanship he enjoyed and the ethics he sought.
Alex’s primary clients are first-time buyers who are seeking homes both in and outside of San Francisco. He also represents sellers, particularly in the areas he knows well, which include Westwood Park, Ingleside Terrace, St. Francis Wood, and the Sunset District. Alex enjoys the creative marketing aspects of selling a home, and does what he knows works, but he boldly implements new, game-changing techniques if a situation necessitates them.
Alex currently lives in San Francisco’s Sunset District. He dedicates some of his spare time to volunteering for UniversalGiving, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that works only with highly vetted organizations. And several times a year, he gathers with his baseball team to play ball with the inmates at San Quentin State Prison. Health and fitness is also a big part of Alex’s life, and he welcomes friends and family into his home gym to train them.
