As a first time buyer, we had a lot of questions at the time, and much back and forth on where to look and what types of home to buy. Joe patiently addressed our needs and provided us with much education on the housing market, different neighborhoods, etc. But due to personal reason we decided not to buy at that time but remained in contact with Joe. In early 2020 we decided to buy again. Again, Joe helped us with touring and choosing among many properties. Joe not only shared a lot of his knowledge about properties, but also went beyond to help us with some ideas on how to renovate each property should we decide to buy it. In March we are able to successfully buy our first home! It has been a great pleasure to work with Joe, and when future needs arise, we will work with him again."
