The neighborhoods between Skyline Boulevard and 280 are Monte Verde, Rolling Wood, Crest Moor Park, and offer mostly single-family homes with a few apartment buildings and a large condominium complex called Shelter Creek. You'll also find grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities here. These neighborhoods are known for being windy, foggy, and cold, although some people may find it less so compared to the neighborhoods west of Skyline Boulevard.

The area between 280 and El Camino Real is made up of the neighborhoods Huntington Park, Mills Park, and Parkview Terrace These neighborhoods feature mostly single-family homes, with some duplexes and apartment buildings as well. You'll find a large condominium complex called Peninsula

 

Place Condos here as well. The homes in these neighborhoods offer great views, but you may experience some airplane noise.
