A Step-By-Step Look at Our Latest Remodel

Today we’re at our newest listing located at 732 Maddox in Daly City. We just got this distressed property a few days ago and are starting the cleaning and remodeling process now. We wanted to take you on a quick walk through the home to get a better idea of what exactly we’re doing and the kind of progress we’re making.

It’s a pretty standard property with a pretty standard layout for this neighborhood in San Mateo County. The house is in mostly original condition, but it does need to have some work done before we list it for sale.

We’ll paint, sand and stain the floors, replace knobs and hinges, and give the house a more modern, sleek feel overall. In the bathroom, we’ll do some regrouting, get a new mirror, and a new toilet.

At 3:25, you can see the home as it is today.

The paint and the new windows are going to make this property a whole lot brighter and appealing to homebuyers. The kitchen will require some painting, a few appliances need to be replaced, and we’re going to bring the home up to date without having to put in too much money.

Starting at 2:50, you can see the progress we’ve made while the remodel is still in progress. At 3:25, you can see the home as it sits today, a gorgeous move-in ready home in Daly City.

If you have any questions for me about this property or anything else related to real estate, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
