What are your goals or resolutions for 2018? Have you written them down and placed them in prominent places where you are likely to see them?

Many years ago, there was a great study done at Stanford. They took two groups of students, one with their goals written down and one without their goals written down, and checked back years later. They found that the students who wrote their goals down were significantly more successful than those who did not.

When you have your goals written down in front of you, you are consistently reminded of them and more likely to take the everyday steps that will lead to achieving your goals.
