San Mateo County announces that they are switching over to Stage 2 in Gavin Newsom’s 4 stage plan. Other bay area counties to follow. The Real Estate Market in San Mateo County has seen new listings, sold homes, and sales volume be cut in half almost across the board while prices have not moved very much at all.
